The Die Cutting Department is responsible for the essential stages in the packaging production process – cutting the packages from a sheet using a die.
After printing, lamination and other paper enhancement departments, the sheets arrive to the die-cutting department.
The process of die cutting is being done using a special die-cutting board with fixed knives pressed at a constant rate on the printed sheets.
The special die cutting board will be designed during the early stages of the structural development of the package, at HERET STUDIO, our in-house development and structural design studio. Our talented industrial designers will plan the perfect package for you, and will accompany your package through all the production stages.
After the die cutting process, the printed sheets become flat packages, and will continue to the next stage of production - Gluing and Folding department, or packaging and shipment.
